MODIANA - Park Center

Modiana Group is a fashion retailing company that is on the market since 1964. Today, our network consists of 48 stores +12, with 21.371 net m of retail spaces  throughout the territories of Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria.
The year 2024 marks the beginning of the newest our project – MODIANA BULGARIA. The conducted market research and test launch with some of the brands, as well as the positive attitude towards our multi-brand concept, were the basis of the project for entry of "MODIANA" into the Bulgarian market.
Some of the brands with which we are launching our multi-brand stores in Bulgaria are  Zabaione, Hailys, Z-one, Cerruti 1881, MCS Clasics, Brax, Finch Hatton, Zu Elements, M. Cooper Overalls. We also add denim classics Lee Cooper.

The concept is very versatile, and shops are usually divided in branded corners. We are currently working with more than 50 international brands in menswear, womenswear and kidswear, which makes our product offer suitable for family shopping.
LEE COOPER STORES
