The first shopping center in Sofia - Park Center is comprised by 21 000 sq. m. GLA, all of which were leased recently. On the last business day of 2019, was signed the lease agreement for the last remaining vacant space in the mall - 60 sq. m. on floor 2, which will be transformed into a new dining concept.

Eight different brands opened doors at the Park Center during the last year - Next Level fitness center of new generation, Italian restaurant Al Forno, Polish brand PEPCO, exclusive store for runners -  Running Zone, Juliany luxury jewelry and watches shop, teenagers’ favorite Pulsar, Outfit by KREO multiband boutique and more. By the end of the year, the last remaining premises had been rented as well.

In the beginning of 2020, Park Center will introduce another two new concepts - Moda Italiana shop and A Fish Named Fred store on the ground floor.

Negotiations, contract preparation and all matters related to the whole process of commercialization are time consuming and require a lot of concentration and attention that we continue to put on each tenant every day. The next step is to develop and to refresh the tenant mix, depending on the investor's business goals and, of course, the ipreferences of the clients form the catchment area."

The Park Center is a preferred meeting point not only for people in the catchment area of the mall, but also for many Sofia residents for its convenient location and one-hour free parking lot. The shopping center has a variety of dining concepts on the 2nd floor and open air terrace, premium Al Forno traitoria, the best bar in Sofia - Cache and the Costa Coffee shop with a park view, first class cinema with reclining chairs - Cine Grand, spacious fitness center Next Level, climbing wall, three clinics - dermatological, dental and vet, Capella Play children's center, Billa supermarket, car wash, pharmacy, photo and many more services and fashion shops.

Since June 2014, the Park Center has been owned by Revetas Capital Advisors and is managed by Ceres Management Services. In 2016, the mall was rebranded after a complete reconstruction, during which the project continued to function and did not close for a day.
