Every time you donate blood, you give life. If you feel healthy and you are between 18 and 65 years of age, if you can spend about 30 minutes of your time and want to donate blood, but time is still pressing, hospitals and manipulations make you feel sick - this information is right for you. You will see a doctor, and after taking 2-3 drops of blood from your finger, your levels of hemoglobin and your blood group will be examined. If your doctor allows you, you will be able to donate 450 ml of blood for about 5-7 minutes without any risk to your health! If for some reason, you feel bad during blood donation, the process will be discontinued, and the donated blood will be used to be produced blood products. How can you help, if you can not donate blood? Any kind of help is needed. If you can not donate blood for any reason, but you still want to help, you can organize your friends, classmates or colleagues.
