Inna Boyadjieva joined Ceres Management Services

As a Leasing & Tenant Relations Manager, Boyadjieva is responsible for entire process of lease management of the shopping mall Park Center Sofia in Bulgaria.

Inna Boyadjieva is responsible for entire process of lease management of the shopping mall. Her major responsibilities include development of a leasing strategy, tenant mix optimization and rental analysis, communication with potential tenants, negotiations and execution of new lease agreements, lease extensions, renegotiations and relocations. She also ensures permanent support to current tenants on operational standards and commercial opportunities (like implementation of various mechanisms for increasing tenants’ turnovers), monitors turnover results of tenants and prepares turnover analyses of their performance. Inna is also involved in the regular monitoring and performance of the shopping center.

Prior joining Ceres, Inna has 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector. She worked 5 years in GTC (Globe Trade Centre S.A.), where she has been dealing with leasing, marketing and corporate relations of Mall Galleria Burgas and Mall Galleria Stara Zagora. Her previous experience extends to investment consultancy and capital markets consultancy at Forton International (alliance partner of Cushman & Wakefield) as she has been involved in large-scale projects with UniCredit Bulbank, Technomarket Bulgaria, Paradise Center, Mall Varna, Eurobank EFG, former Bulgarian Telecommunication Company, etc.

Inna holds Bachelor degree in European Studies form Economy of the EU from Sofia University and Master degree in Public Finance from The University of National and World Economy, Sofia.
