Rules for visiting the shopping center with pets:
1. Pets are allowed in the common areas of the shopping center, with the exception of the dining areas!
2. The owner of a pet is obliged to carry with him the registration documents - a veterinary passport for mammals, and an identification tag for dogs, and to provide them upon request by the owner or authorized state/municipal authorities.
3. The free release of pets on the territory of the complex is prohibited.
4. Dog owners who have met the following requirements are allowed:
To always keep the dog on a leash of such a length that uncontrolled physical contact with other persons and/or pets is not allowed. In any case, the leash cannot be longer than 2 (two) meters;
Dogs weighing more than 5 (five) kilograms are allowed only with a muzzle.
5. Persons under 14 (fourteen) years of age are not allowed to lead large breed dogs on the territory of the complex.
6. Owners of pets allowed on the territory of the complex must comply with the following requirements:
They may not incite their pets to attack people and animals;
They must not allow animals with a natural or acquired intolerance to them in the immediate vicinity of their pet;
They must not leave them unattended and must ensure constant and immediate control over their behavior;
In the event of defecation and/or urination of the pet, they must clean the relevant area. Disposal of waste of animal origin is prohibited on the territory of the complex.
7. Representatives of the shopping and entertainment complex, as well as security guards, have the right to carry out inspections and monitor compliance with the requirements regarding the admission of pets. Inspections may be carried out both upon entry to the territory of the complex and at any other time.
7.1. Pet owners are obliged to follow all instructions from representatives of the shopping and entertainment complex and its security. In case of non-compliance with the provisions of these regulations, pet owners are obliged to leave the shopping and entertainment complex together with their pet, and they are escorted by representatives of the shopping and entertainment complex or security to the appropriate exit.
8. Pet owners are obliged to comply with applicable legislation - including, but not limited to: Animal Protection Act, Veterinary Medical Activity Act; Ordinance of the Sofia Municipal Council on the acquisition, possession and keeping of domestic animals on the territory of Sofia Municipality and others.
9. For established violations of the rules under this section 14, concerning pets and/or legal requirements, pet owners are sanctioned by the competent control authorities, as well as owe a penalty in the amount of 50.00 (fifty) leva to the owner.
10. An exception to the above rules is permissible for guide dogs for the blind or for people in disadvantaged situations, as well as for service dogs accompanying the bodies of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Interior in accordance with the applicable regulations.
