The basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest in maintaining an active marketing image of the Park Center Sofia shopping center.

Auriga does not intend to process and does not voluntarily process personal data of persons under the age of 16, without the knowledge and consent of their parents or legal representatives. If you believe that we have received data of persons under 16 without the knowledge and consent of their parents or legal guardians, please notify us by email at nn@cerescee.com and we will immediately destroy it.

We, as the Administrator of your personal data, strive to make reasonable efforts regarding the processing of the data and will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the data.
